PG Andasa experts have a rich background of over 20+ years in performing FEA, Explicit/Implicit Dynamic and CFD engineering simulations, Mechanical Engineering Design and testing services for a wide variety of industries and applications through either PG Andasa prototyping services or by providing technical support to our customers.

COMPUTATIONAL FLUID DYNAMIC ANALYSIS (CFD)

We are CFD experts who are very proficient in the usage of high-end analysis tools such as ANSYS Workbench (Mechanical, CFX, Fluent, ICEM CFD) LS-DYNA etc., and have vast industrial experience.

THERMAL MANAGEMENT (CFD)

We provide Thermal Management services and R&D design and development services on all areas of thermal engineering. The project involves fluids, heat or mass transfer and their interactions with any engineering system, we are here to assist you.

FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS (FEA)

We offer a wide range of FEA services including Structural Linear, Linear Dynamics, Non-Linear etc. We use a wide variety of engineering analysis software, such as ANSYS WorkBench and APDL to solve some of the most complex engineering simulation problems for our customers worldwide.

Pressure Vessel

PG Andasa Canada Inc. bases its code calculations on the most accepted commercial software programs such as Excel Sheets, ANSYS with unusual details calculated by Spreadsheet (we have developed our own calculation sheets) to maximize efficiency and accuracy. In addition, PG Andasa specializes in “Design-by-Analysis” pressure vessel work following ASME Section VIII, Div. 2 (BPVC) Certification codes.

Canadian Registration Number (CRN)

CRN registration is a core component of the services GTS supplies to its customers. Design review of Pressure vessels & Fittings in accordance with ASME VIII Division 1 requirements, using Codeware’s Compress software, and submittal to the proper technical authorities for Canadian Registration Number (CRN) approval.

Product Simulation & Visualization

Modeling, Simulation and Visualization Methods is the art of creating two or three-dimensional Images/Videos showing the attributes of a proposed design. It’s include Photo Realistic Rendering (day/night) & 3D Simulation Video.

Mechanical Engineering

We are CAD experts who are very proficient in the usage of high-end of 3D and 2D CAD tools such as ProEngineer, Solidworks, SolidEdge, Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD.
